Where does Acedoutco Official ship?

We currently ship to all North America and Europe.

How much does shipping cost?

We follow USPS shipping rates - First class package and priority mail vary on where you live. For international packages, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

When will my order ship?

Our current turnaround time to ship your order after its paid is 1-4 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking info. Please allow at least 24 hrs for shipping info to be updated.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

All sales are FINAL. Please verify the correct item size has been selected before completing the checkout process. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.

How can I update, change, or cancel my order?

If you need a size or color change, PLEASE EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER PLACING ORDER, after 24 hrs we cannot guarantee a change in your order. We understand things happen and you may need to cancel your order just email us your order number and we'll gladly help cancel it for you. 

How can I check the status of my order?

You should receive a confirmation email after your purchase, after you receive your email please allow 1-4 days for tracking info to be updated. If you have any other questions about your order please email us.
